Richard Warman Finds Empty Trough
The Enemy Within
Written by Richard Evans
Wednesday, 01 October 2008

Richard Warman's crusades now appear to be less profitable than they have in the past:

OTTAWA - The Canadian Human Rights Tribunal has upheld complaints about online hatred filed by anti-racist crusader Richard Warman in 2004.

But in a break with past practice, the tribunal declined to impose a penalty on Melissa Guille, webmaster of the Canadian Heritage Alliance, despite concluding that both she and the alliance had contravened Section 13 of the Canadian Human Rights Act.
[...]
In nine previous successful complaints brought by Warman, an Ottawa lawyer, the tribunal had imposed fines ranging from $1,000 to $7,500 on the guilty parties.

But it declined to do the same in Guille's case because only a few of Guille's postings violated Section 13 and she removed material from the website as soon as she was informed it could be problematic.

As well, imposing a fine could impose "undue hardship" on her, the tribunal added.

A single mother, Guille testified she earned $560 a week as an administrative secretary.

The tribunal noted, though, that the decision not to impose a penalty should not in any way be seen as condoning Guille's conduct.

It may not seem like much of a victory for us freespeecher types but there is a silver lining.  If Warman isn't going to be compensated for his little crusades, that whiney, pathetic sack of shit will be less inclined to initiate them to begin with.  It's the liberal way.

Whitey needs to jump high at the RCMP. White boys 115, women 96, visible minorities 86.

No racial profiling they say? We are told just to get an interview white men need a score of 115 on the aptitude test – women needed only 96 and visible minority candidates only 86. The beginning of the dumbing down of one of our Canadian icons. That same racial profiling is said to govern promotions within the force as well. And after over 10 years of doing their best to scare off bright, highly qualified white men, they are wondering why recruitment has fallen off? The same fate awaits all governments, agencies, and professions who mandate that their ranks must reflect the racial gender make-up of the communities they serve, we all suffer when we abandon a policy of hiring the best person for the job.

http://www.tbsource.com/Editorials/index.asp?cid=77102

Now why doesn't the left just tell the visible minority types to get off their arse and try harder like they get giddy about telling me? Do we need immigration if we need to hire someone with almost 30 points less than a white boy needs. Not,...

Kriosta Erickson media diversity test.

Written by Dinosaur

We keep hearing from MSM's that we should support diversity, well my question is "do they"? I blew one of these, when I was young and stupid, I used to vote for the National Socialists of the NDP.

I'm guessing most of our support diversity crowd fail this with enriching colours.

1. I have never voted for a Liberal in my life.
2. I think my taxes are too high.
3. I think Clifford Olson should be hung, not be left to harass the families of his victims.
4. I think in a democracy people should be allowed to vote in referendums.
5. I am a gun owner and have yet to commit a crime with it.
6. I think a triple E senate would be better than the liberal house of second thought.
7. I oppose condom distribution in public schools.
8. I oppose bilingual education.
9. I oppose Homosexual marriage.
10. I want 2 tier healthcare because I want a choice.
11. I believe racial profiling at airports is common sense.
12. I shop at Wal-Mart.
13. I enjoy talk radio.
14. I am annoyed when news editors substitute the phrase “undocumented person” for “illegal alien.”
15. I do not believe the phrase “a chink in the armor” is offensive.
16. I eat meat.
17. I have never voted NDP.
18. I was happy when I learned that Saddam Hussein had been captured.
19. I get sad if I'm forced to endure anything without Don Cherry on the CBC.
20. I don’t believe the Toronto Star.
21. I think having womens only clubs / groups while saying men can't have the same is hypocritical.
22. I voted for Preston Manning.
23. I think money spent on womens studies programs would be better spent on hospitals.
24. I think we need a strong military
25. I think Equalization payments promote bad provincial government.
26. I think farmers not the chattering classes should decide if they want to be part of the wheat board.
27. If farmers in 3 provinces who grow wheat should be part of the board then all Canadian farmers who grow wheat should be part of the CWB.
28. I tell people how many millions communists have killed.
29. I feel people who were born here should have first chance at a job then if they don't want it immigrants should be allowed to apply, they only do jobs Canadians don't want after all.
30. People never refer to me as an effete pansy or a raving feminist depending on my "gender" issue.

Now how many Canadian MSM types, couldn't agree with the above statement, no matter how many real Canadians can?

tnx Michell for the inspiration,

While the CBC is flaunting their bias, by sniffing around the conservative party like a pack of dogs after a bitch in heat. Don't forget that Gomery found several Quebec MP's got the adscam money, but we don't know their names and the CBC doesn't care to ask.
the Conservatives, in a lawsuit mounted by candidate agents against Elections Canada, insist that federal election law allowed the party to place the ads on behalf of the candidates and to give the candidates money they then used to pay the party for the advertising. In a final argument in the lengthy court case, the party also accuses Elections Canada of changing its interpretation of the law after the election and introducing rules that would have prevented the scheme.

Rachel Heinrichs, Winnipeg South Centre NDP candidate says, firearms offender and pusher Gary Sran
Freedom
Written by Dinosaur
Wednesday, 01 October 2008
This is sad this guy pushes drugs, takes part in a drive by shooting and an NDP candidate sticks up for him to the point of being his campaign manager. Yeah the NDP support safe streets sure Rachel, sure. Rachel Heinrichs worked as a campaign manager for one of these SOB's. First I have to point out I did want to contact her but they do not have a phone number or an email address or a website posted,... Because there could be 2 heavily politically involved Rachel Heinrichs at the U of M. Well possibly, I'm also going to win the 649 tonight. I am going to leave the NDP a message to try and deny it while I dig further & further.
On August 4th 2003 the two accused were at the Latin Club, 500 Portage Ave. at which time six shots were fired into the building and a parked vehicle. After a lengthy undercover operation the males involved were arrested and found to be in possession of: - approximately one kilo of crack cocaine SV- $38,500.00 - $7,360.00 cash was seized. These two males were then linked to the shooting incident on Portage Ave. Search warrants were executed at each of their respective addresses where additional drugs and weapons were seized. Drug Officers in a separate investigation executed a Search Warrant at an address on Manitoba Ave where additional cash and drugs were seized- - 50 Oz of cocaine SV $115,000.00 - $12,000 in cash
This arrest and seizure of drugs and weapons represents a significant amount of drugs in the City of Winnipeg and clearly demonstrates the linkage between the Drug Trade and the level of violence associated.
winnipeg.ca/police Well a level of violence that doesn't matter to the NDP, candidate, I'm sure she cares about the innocents that this pusher was corrupting. Or other people got involved with him and they shouldn't have. So when he was convicted previously and on parole and when he violated parole he was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. You know she'll be as good as Anita nEville at fighting crime. The guy was a pusher and a drug dealer, well look who the NDP's sticking up for at dinner? jus.gov.mb.ca
Full Title of Proceedings (CR04-01-25474)

13 04-May-2005 Winnipeg-QB PROHIBITION ORDER 10 YR WEAPONS PROHIB.
Diversity always triumphs public safety. He should still be in jail but the NDP candidate will not have it.

So because they delayed the video statement he gets off?? This is a total miscarriage of justice. you might know the place he shot up it's across portage ave, from the University of Winnipeg. In Canada police being slow with a videotape means you are innocent even if you did shoot up a car?  what Kind of logic is that?

No wonder most Canadians want less immigration eh Rachel I bet she's in the minority.

Sran said that most of what is published in those articles is untrue.

He has since contacted both The Free Press and The Sun, as well as seeking a legal opinion about what was printed. He said that rumours have been circulating about him, including one that he was going to kill his campaign opponents, which he dismissed. “I’ve never had possession of a gun or held a gun,” said Sran. ... Rachel Heinrichs, Sran’s campaign manager, said that his criminal record is a thing of the past, as students voted March 1 to 3 to elect Sran with 70 per cent of the popular vote. “I think students have shown that they’re capable of being skeptical of media information and that they can look at it and extract the truth – because obviously, they overwhelmingly chose Garry to be President.”

mcgilldaily

Now why would the law courts say he has a 10 year weapon prohibition if he never held a weapon.

Gosh rumours that he's threatening his opponents with death maybe the NDP can use that as a campaign tactic. Vote Rachel Heinrichs, or we'll send over the criminals we cavort with to,... you know.

She doesn't trust the media what about the police and law courts records??? He had one charge dropped but not all or he wouldn't finish being on parole.

I bet she wants to ban my weaponry, because I'm the problem not people shooting a clip off down town by the University of Winnipeg.

But along with being a student, Sran is also a convicted criminal and parolee. He spent time in jail last year and is currently on parole in connection with drug trafficking charges laid against him over two years ago. Sran was arrested along with four other people after a series of police raids uncovered one kilo of crack cocaine, 1.4 kilos of powdered cocaine, a sawed-off shotgun and almost $20,000 in cash. He was handed a three-year sentence. He served six months in prison last year and is now on parole. Sran also faced gun-related charges in connection to an August 2003 drive-by shooting in which a gunman shot up a parked car and building outside of the Latin Club at 500 Portage Ave. Those charges were dropped after a Winnipeg judge found police botched the investigation by delaying the videotaping of Sran's statement. Sran claimed in court he was beaten and degraded into making a false confession. "He was at the wrong place at the wrong time," said Rachel Heinrichs, Sran's campaign manager. "He got involved with people he should not have been involved with. But education has changed everything for him and he's turned his life completely around." Heinrichs spoke for Sran, saying he was busy with the election and was not able to comment directly. Caitlin Brown, chief returning officer for the UMSU elections, said there is nothing in the regulations or bylaws to prohibit a person with a criminal record from running for office. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.159.205.24 (talkcontribs) 16:16, November 15, 2006

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:University_of_Manitoba_Students'_Union *** Update *** I sent an email to the Heinrich's campaign directly and sent another to the NDP head office Saturday it's now Monday and there's still no response.

I would have liked to have found the winnipeg free Press or winnipeg sun articles but their memories are short.  They only go back hours whereas blogs have more money and keep everything on record for ever.

Matthews Interviews Daughter, Doesn't Tell Viewers; She Disses Tax Cuts and Calls for 'Sacrifice'

By Tom Blumer (Bio | Archive)
September 30, 2008 - 07:19 ET

The news comes from Media Bistro's DC Fishbowl, with a twist that the post overlooked:

On Friday's "Hardball," Chris Matthews interviewed a number of student members of the group Concerned Youth of America.

One of those students -- Caroline -- is his daughter, a student at the University of Pennsylvania. Did Matthews disclose that fact as he interviewed her?

Not so much.

One tipster tells FishbowlDC that "Matthews, at the asking of his daughter, instructed the producers not to name her."

Video is at the link.

Here is what Matthews asked his daughter, and how she answered (bolds are mine):

Some cynical knuckle draggers have wondered why I am bringing in a national energy program II. Why they ask are you screwing over Alberta and once again favouring quebec. Why, like they are too stupid to figure it out. I'll have to find something especially diabolical for their punishment.

Well duh even here in the mountains of transylvania across the black seas of infinity we see Alberta,...

A Swiss man has become the first person to fly solo across the English Channel using a single jet-propelled wing.

Yves Rossy landed safely after the 22-mile (35.4 km) flight from Calais to Dover, which had been twice postponed this week because of bad weather.

The former military pilot took less than 10 minutes to complete the crossing and parachute to the ground.

The 49-year-old flew on a plane to more than 8,200ft (2,500m), ignited jets on a wing on his back, and jumped out.
[...]
In Dover, Mr Rossy flew past South Foreland lighthouse - which the building's manager Simon Ovenden said Blériot used as a target during his pioneering flight - and looped onlookers before landing in a field.

"It's a remarkable achievement, we saw the climax of his attempt as he came down to earth with his parachute. It's been an exciting afternoon," said Geoff Clark, a 54-year-old spectator from Chatham, in Kent.
[...]
The wing had no rudder or tail fin, so Mr Rossy had to steer it using his head and back.

As well as a helmet and parachute, he wore a special suit to protect him from the four kerosene-burning turbines mounted just centimetres from him on the wing.
