Obsessive self-googler, former HRC  SS Officer, chronic evidence "planter" and overall whiney-assed bitch Richard Warman has filed suit against Kate McMillan , Kathy Shadle , Ezra Levant , Connie and Mark Fornier , Jonathan Kay and their respective web sites/publications for defamation.  Warman, like that retard Kinsella has a habit of filing (or threatening to file) frivolous law suits.  Here's the skinny in this case:

• Richard Warman has a demonstrated history of logging-into web-forums and posting discriminatory comments under an assumed name (Lucy).  "Lucy's" ip address and computer information were logged at the time of his posts.
• He then used those comments in his section 13 HRC complaints against those same web-forums.
• Someone decided to log-into one of those web-forums under a different name and made some extremely racist comments about a Canadian Senator.
• Folks were watching and noticed that the ip address and computer information of the individual making those extremely racist comments exactly matched that of the user formerly known as "Lucy" (AKA Richard Warman).
• Having made that connection, the blogosphere made the information public.
• Warman, having a hissy fit that he's been outed, has filed a lawsuit as a result.

In Canada, the truth is a defense in cases like this.  The defendants have the chance to expose the truth in regards to Warman but it's not going to be easy...

A number of Canadian conservative bloggers are being sued by one Richard Warman who apparently makes his living shutting people down who hurt his feelings. I call on our readers to donate to the cause even if you don't agree with some of the content of the sites because we could be next.
